We understand!  Sometimes a bracelet will get damaged. That's why every #givingnauti bracelet includes our exclusive LIFETIME WARRANTY!  

$5 Warranty Replacement.

For just $5 we will replace your damaged bracelet with a brand new one! The replacement will be the exact bracelet as the original purchase, unless your original bracelet is sold out or discontinued.  If your style is sold out or discontinued, you may choose any bracelet of equal or lesser value as your Warranty Replacement.

A $5 Warranty Replacement can only be issued if you provide a photo of the damaged item. We are unable to replace lost or stolen items.

To claim your Warranty Replacement, email us at support@gettingnauti.com. Please include your Order Number, a photo (or several) of the damaged bracelet, and a message letting us know you would like the $5 Warranty Replacement!

* Bracelets replaced by the $5 Warranty Replacement are ineligible for further warranty claims.
